In 2021, two leading real estate brokers, Chris Lester and Bernard Richter, joined forces to establish Greystone Properties.
Chris started his property career in 2006 after selling his successful landscaping business and brought his knowledge of land and property, becoming an expert in small holdings. Chris has also become renowned for assisting developers and investors with their portfolios as his understanding of the local market is first rate.
Bernard began his property career in London in 2003 and returned to Port Elizabeth in 2014 and hit the property market running. Bernard's integrity and work ethic has established solid and long lasting relationships within the industry resulting with clients constantly returning and he is also recognised as the agent for selling properties varying in price all over the city.
Together, Chris and Bernard have over 45 years of property experience and maintain their energy and drive to provide a first class property service for the community and are looking forward to assisting you with your Property requirements.
